RevUme is a customer review and business discovery platform. People come to us to find businesses they can trust, to read reviews written by real customers, and to share their own experience. Business owners use the same platform to claim their profile, answer their customers and understand their reputation.

Building that takes a team that cares about accuracy as much as it cares about speed, because a review platform is only as useful as the trust people place in it.

Where we need people

Our work is grouped around a few long-running areas:

• Product and engineering - the web platform, the mobile experience and the APIs behind business discovery, search and review publishing.
• Trust and safety - review moderation, handling reported content and the verification signals that separate a genuine visit from a doubtful one.
• Customer support - helping reviewers and business owners resolve account, profile and review questions.
• Business partnerships - working with owners who claim their profile and manage their presence on RevUme.
• Content and localisation - keeping the platform genuinely bilingual in Arabic and English rather than translated as an afterthought.

What we look for

• Judgement about fairness. Much of our work sits between a customer and a business, and both deserve the same standard of treatment.
• Comfort working in Arabic and English.
• Care for detail in public-facing work, because everything we publish is read by someone deciding where to spend their money.
