Account and sign-in
- Create an account with your email address, or sign in with a supported social provider.
- Confirm your email address using the verification code we send you; you can request a new code if the first one expires.
- Reset a forgotten password from the sign-in screen.
- Turn on two-factor authentication from your profile settings for an extra check at sign-in.
Discovering businesses
- Search by business name or service, or browse the category tree to narrow down a sector.
- Filter results by country and city to find businesses near you.
- Open a business profile to see its rating, its rating breakdown, its categories, its location and its published reviews.
Reviews
- Every review shown on a business profile has been published; reviews awaiting moderation or removed for breaching our rules are not displayed.
- A review may carry a verified-visit label when the visit behind it was confirmed. The label describes the visit, not the opinion.
- Business owners can reply publicly to a review, and their reply appears directly underneath it.
- If a review looks fake, abusive or off-topic, report it from the review itself so our moderation team can look at it.
Profile and favorites
- Update your display name, contact details and avatar from your profile.
- Save a business to your favorites to find it again quickly; your favorites list is private to you.
Business accounts
- Owners can add a business that is not listed yet, or claim an existing profile.
- A claimed profile lets you keep your details current, reply to reviews and follow how your rating develops.
- Subscription plans are shown with their price and what each one includes before you commit to anything.
Privacy and safety
- Our privacy policy explains what personal data we process and why, and our data protection page explains how to make an access, correction or deletion request.
- Never share passwords or verification codes with anyone, including someone claiming to work for RevUme.
- If something on the platform looks wrong or unsafe, report it and tell us what you saw.
